Hallelujah!
Praise the Lord for giving us an opportunity to start Christian Education through CGS Seoul. Education has been one of the major factors of the Christian revival in Korea. Great leaders of the Korean modern history has been raised in church or church schools and it was through their devotion that Korea has achieved remarkable growth both economically and spiritually.
However, it is unfortunate that churches in Korea are losing its function as educational center. They are shrinking rapidly due to low fertility rate and declining number of young members.
Such phenomenon is expected only to accelerate as time goes on.
At the time like this, we believe that it is our urgent calling to start Christian Education, bringing back our children to church and Christian education.
I hope and pray that God uses CGS as the outpost for Evangelizing our next generation.
Fellow Christians and Churches in Korea, we ask you to join in this great mission with prayers and love.

다음세대 교육선교를 위해 CGS 설립을 허락하신 하나님께 영광을 올려드립니다.
한국교회 선교 130여년 역사를 통해 놀라운 부흥을 이룬 주요 원인을 찾자면, 교육선교입니다.
선교사님들이 가는 곳마다 학교를 세우거나 교회 내에서 교육을 전개함으로써 한국의 현대사를 이끌어가는 인재가 양성되었고, 그들을 통해 교회 부흥뿐 아니라 늘라운 국가발전을 이룩했다고 믿습니다.
그러나 오늘날 저출산 위기와 청년들의 교회이탈현상으로 인해 한국교회는 심각한 저성장의 늪에 빠져있습니다. 한국교회의 50~60% 정도의 교회에 이미 어린이 교회학교가 사라져 가고 있고, 이런 현상은 더욱 가속화될 것입니다. 이에 다음세대 복음화와 부흥을 위해서 교육선교는 바로 지금 우리가 감당해야 할 사명이라 믿습니다. 이러한 때에 CGS(크리스천글로벌스쿨)을 설립하게 하신 하나님께 감사 드리며, 또한 큰 기대감을 갖고 함께 기도하게 됩니다.
